Often times after a persons first time receiving reiki a profound healing is experienced. Often this leads to a deeper sense of alignment with ones purpose in life. This is due to the release of old or stagnant habits or energy patterns.
It is in this time that one may become aware of their guides or receive clear visions of their path ahead.

I have been an Usui Reiki Master Teacher since 2014. Reiki is a passion that I have dedicated my life to teaching and sharing with as many people as I can. It has expanded so much of my journey and I look forward to how it will benefit you!
Sessions include guided meditation, invocation, and time for feedback and integration. Having a journal nearby is greatly encouraged as often our integration time is most profound in silence and solitude while writing and relaxing into our breath.
During your session, know that going in with no expectations is so important. I am not healing you, more so, you yourself will be opening up to and receiving the energy of the universe and healed through Reiki.
Make sure to let me know any specific emotional or physical ailments prior to your session in the additional information box so we can focus there the most during your session.
Sessions are available both in person and remote. For in person sessions, I have a home office located 12 minutes south of Shop N Kart in Ashland, or I can bring my set-up to you home or office. Reiki is a great way to boost team morale! Consider getting a group of sessions or contact me for a Group Ceremonial Activation. All sessions include opening space as well as feedback and integration support.
