I am a National Board Certified Massage Therapist since 2014. I graduated from National Massage Therapy Institute in 2014 from a 900hr curriculum focused on Neuromuscular Therapy and Condition specific massage.
I am currently licensed and practicing in Ashland, Oregon.

  • Deep Tissue

  • Neuromuscular Therapy (including Trigger Point work for chronic issues)

  • Stretching and PNF to reset muscular patterns

  • Myofascial Release

  • Relaxation

My sessions typically include a combination of these techniques to move energy in stuck areas of the body to bring the whole system into balance. We sit down for a brief consultation to identify your needs for the session and I work with you from there to set up the session plan.
